These figures sort of remind us of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. They’re big and round and stompy. And since Mario’s thing is stomping on Goombas and Koopa Troopas, we think it’s pretty appropriate. We’ve been running around the office having Mario stomp on people’s heads. Then when they ask us to stop having Mario stomp on their heads, we go fetch Luigi and start the fun all over again. Sadly, they realized the trend before we could trot out Yoshi.
Each figure is 9 inches of fun. With articulated arms (at the shoulder) and head (at the neck), Mario can look both ways before jumping into the air and punching some bricks while Luigi looks both ways before hopping over that warp pipe. Yoshi’s even joining the party, though sadly, your Mario and Luigi figures can’t ride him.These figures look great on your desk or near your Mario game collection. He’ll make any space Mario-tastic.
